n America, we don’t put up with would-be kings.

Our peaceful movement is only getting bigger and stronger. “NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together.

The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us.

This month’s discussion will focus on strategic planning for the year ahead. We want to hear your ideas about what Muncie Resists should focus on in the coming year!

Join us for our monthly social event! Grab some pizza, beer, (or both!) and chat with fellow resistors.

Join us for a panel discussion on educational censorship. We will explore the growing efforts to limit what can be taught, read, or discussed in America’s classrooms. This teach-in features firsthand experience in both K–12 and higher education. Panelists will share stories from their own classrooms and discuss the broader effects on democracy and academic freedom. Participants will also have the chance to reflect on how communities can respond.

Whether you are a parent, educator, student, or concerned citizen, this event offers a chance to learn, ask questions, and consider ways to take action.

Join Muncie Resists as we wrap up the year in community and gratitude! Our annual Holiday Party is an open house and carry-in gathering — a chance to connect, celebrate, and give back together. Bring a favorite dish to share and enjoy good company, conversation, and cheer.

This year, we’re also collecting donations for the Muncie Senior Center Food Pantry, which provides vital support to local seniors in need. Please consider bringing non-perishable food items, household goods, or personal care products to contribute.

Come when you can, stay as long as you’d like, and help us spread warmth and kindness this season. ✨

We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence. America does not belong to strongmen, greedy billionaires, or those who rule through fear. It belongs to us, the people.
