It's that time of year again! Calling all students, community members and friends to come together to help raise money for the Muncie Civic Theatre. Please come out to the Star Follies Burlesque show Saturday, February 8th. Doors & cash bar open at 10pm. Show starts at 11pm.

Veni Vidi Variety is the brainchild of an underground cult of revolutionary weirdos bent on assembling the correct combination of bizarre performers to open a portal to another dimension.

These auditions are for our performance on Saturday, September 24, at Cornerstone Center for the Arts. Registration remains open until Monday, July 11. We will send you an e-mail with more information regarding auditions as the date draws nearer.

AUDITIONS ARE TENTATIVELY SET FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 13, AT 7:00PM at CORNERSTONE CENTER FOR THE ARTS in the Grand Auditorium. Please allow 2-3 hours in your schedule; however, we do not anticipate taking more than 90 mins. Please notify us if you are on a limited time frame or must arrive late.

Special audition dates and times can be coordinated on a limited basis for those unable to attend the regular audition. 

Please note that this is NOT A MIDNIGHT performance. Due to the nature of this event, it will be starting at 8:00 pm. 

We will be casting all roles from auditions EXCEPT for Dr. Frank N. Furter; however, we will be casting an understudy.

Sparky Andersyn, Alyson Marchere and the kittens will be there as will our emcee, Count Funkenstein. DJ Mecca will be on the sound, and Papa Rottzi-Photographer will be handling the photos for the event.

More about Miss Mary Jane Green:
She pulls inspiration from Weimar Kabarett, UFA German Expressionism & early Hollywood cinema. She evokes the glory days of titillating cabaret appearing on stages across the US, Canada, New Zealand & Europe.

Having performed for the majority of her life, she is a member of SAG/AFTRA/AEA studying acting at Circle in the Square Theater School on Broadway and holds a Master's degree in Drama. Her background in ballet, jazz and the theatrical design arts combined with her vast experience in acting & vocal work; as well as her zest for travel and cultural history informs her unique aestheticism.

Miss Mary Jane specializes in the risqué cabaret scene during the Weimar Republic in Berlin. She is a vintage enthusiast who is constantly inspired by performers such as Anita Berber, Marlene Dietrich and Cyd Charisse continuing in a classic vein with the hope of keeping bygone vintage entertainment alive.
