Dr. Philip Raisor, professor emeritus of English at Old Dominion University, will give a poetry reading from his latest book, Swimming in the Shallow End (Word Tech, 2012) on Wednesday, April 10, at 3:30 p.m. in the Burkhardt Building, room 109, and at 7 p.m. at Minnetrista. Phil is a former Munsonian who has written several works of nonfiction, poetry, and literary criticism. His reading is co-sponsored by the Center for Middletown Studies and the English Department. Copies of his book, Swimming in the Shallow End, will be available for purchase at both events.
