Together, they will share stories that illuminate Whitely’s legacy of resilience, mutual support, and civic leadership, while highlighting its ongoing role in shaping Muncie’s cultural identity.

This program builds on conversations inspired by the Emmett Till & Mamie Till-Mobley: Let the World See exhibition and Black History Month, inviting guests to connect local history with present-day community life and social justice efforts. Diego will also discuss the unique challenges of caring for and exhibiting miniatures within a museum setting.
