Join the Minnetrista Horticulture team for special volunteer days to learn about and help maintain our beautiful gardens! Center Building, CantinaJoin us for a relaxing and creative session where you'll learn the renowned techniques of Bob Ross himself. A Certified Ross Instructor will guide you step-by-step as you paint your own masterpiece using Bob's "wet-on-wet" method. Whether you're a seasoned painter or a complete beginner, you'll leave feeling inspired and accomplished. So grab a brush and let's make some happy little trees together!
This workshop space is accessible for those using mobility aids. Painting workshops are suitable for ages 14 and above.

Bandleader & trumpet guru Larry McWilliams calls it “Swingin’ In the Trees”, as he & the very special Big Band group takes their ‘cool’ swing tunes & improv talents to the park … so they - and the audience - can, well, … have it made in the shade with the music of Basie, Ellington, Miller, Strayhorn, and more. The concert is open to all, no ticket needed - pack up the lawn chairs, bring family & friends 🎵
