Led by Che’Reese Anderson, MBA, MSN/HC, RN, and CEO of Namaste, this Vinyasa yoga session links breath with movement through creative sequences, offering a dynamic practice that adapts to all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class provides the perfect opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and spirit in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat (or beach towel), wear comfortable clothing, and come with an open heart.

This year’s theme, Celebrating Black Youth in the Fight for Civil Rights, honors the young leaders whose courage and advocacy continue to shape our communities. Through personal storytelling and thoughtful reflection, Joshua shares his family’s lived connection to one of the most pivotal moments in American history and examines its lasting impact on conversations about justice, memory, and community.

Delicious appetizers are included, and drinks can be purchased at our cash bar during the event.

Joshua Harris-Till will lead a community conversation connected to Emmett Till & Mamie Till-Mobley: Let the World See. As a cousin of Emmett Till, Joshua brings a deeply personal lens to this history and its continued relevance today. Through guided discussion and audience Q&A, he will share his family’s story, illuminate the lasting impact of Emmett and Mamie Till-Mobley, and help create meaningful space for dialogue, reflection, and connection across our community. Together, we are coming together to listen, reflect, and share. Gather around the table for an evening of shared food and conversation centered on community nourishment. Guests will enjoy a family-style meal alongside local educators, pantry coordinators, volunteers, and faith leaders who support neighbors experiencing food insecurity in East Central Indiana. Throughout the meal, participants will share perspectives from their work and experiences, creating space to listen, ask questions, and learn from one another in a relaxed garden setting. Breaking Bread offers an opportunity to better understand community needs, connect with others who care about local wellbeing, and discover ways to get involved. Preregistration is preferred; limited walk-in tickets may be available—please call ahead.
