  At 1 p.m. Sunday, May 7, citizens and community activists will meet outside the Delaware County jail where we will join in "Hands Around the Jail" to show solidarity with the victims of incarceration and their families.

  Regardless of the circumstances that led these people to jail, we will gather to acknowledge their human dignity – and proclaim that incarceration is not the answer to society's problems.

  If you feel the same way, join us May 7. Take your songs, prayers, friends and ideas for a better future for our community.
